New investor

Hi Im a New investor and I recently purchased this stock after yesterdays news. I read this today on a different board

"The judge may release the summary judgment within days. From USXP's half-azzed defense, Altomare will be removed from USXP altogether and the company will have just 10 days to come up with over $20 million in cash to avoid being liquidated and siezed by the SEC."

Is this just a bash or is this a possibility
