Testing was suppose to be completed by end-of-August... Since they are still testing wouldn't the peer review be pushed back to mid October? Also, What RBL is doing the report and has George Mason U been the main test site since March? Interesting how Leo never mentioned GMU same as Aspire... He's hiding info to make it appear the grant money paid testing and their whopping 6 million will be enough... LOL The master of deception LEO!!!
