Consolidation, should have happened in 005s..not .003-.004s but amateur technical players on a simple RSI trading out some and some people are flipping this for ticks....but it wont matter.....going to pennies...but may be delayed now to 1st week of Oct...or thereabouts....will see...material news changes everything.
