mAjOr - is it fair to say that you cannot establish to a reasonable degree of certainty who the Controlling shareholders and President are? & , If the President is a nominee or "mook" for Mr Hayter?

I heard its a shell for sale with an interim President - why don't you buy it? or was that a redundant question?
