The directors and officers of ABMC are subject to Section 16(a) filings (forms 3, 4 and 5). If any of those individuals were selling shares (or buying, trading in any way), they would need to be reported within 2 business days of the transaction. The last Form 4 filed for any D&Os of ABMC were on July 1, 2020.

Mr. Sternberg, John Moroney and MP Biomedical would not necessary be subject to those filings as they are not affiliates/insiders of ABMC (rather they would file via Forms 13G/13D). However, MP Bio has used Form 4 in the past in place of Section 13G/13D filings (their last Form 4 filing was in Dec 2015).
