BD and AZ

I`m a long time reader and way longer time no more poster, as I learned in the early days, that it`s mostly not worth the energey spend. Very happy to see how AZ`s statements being validated from another source. A few months back I also stumbled over the LEI number, but what keept me confused was the C/O Corporation Service Company reference, which I`m still unable to match with the former parent.

Another thing that always made me wonder it the REIT theory. Even so I get the classic ways the work and the 90% rule always mentioned, what I miss the the understanding, why the money not started flowing yet, now that the BC is closed? Ehy does it have to be December, even so I´m sure there have already been "dividends" that became cash between January and now?
