If so keep doing it, up over 650% since 8/23.

I have been saying for months they are cleaning up the balance sheet.

Increasing the OS to eliminate toxic notes is no more dilutive than a company filing an S-1 to register new shares.

Could not have done this pre RS March 2019. Perhaps now ppl will understand what "from a position of strength" meant.

No toxic notes!
