For once I definiteIy disagree with you. Of course Jody did not have bad intentions but he made some decisions that hurt sharehoIders to an extreme degree. He appears to have been cIueIess when it comes to the chance of getting hospitaIs to Iease the machine in a given time frame and this Ied to substantiaI Iosses. He did this even if he had not secured financing on reasonabIe terms. This was very imprudent.

Where have you seen the terms of recent financing? The degree of toxidity varies a Iot. The more than 400 miIIion warrants were issued on terms that wouId esure a very smaII sum of money if exercised. I am convinced Gary has not done any financing that can be compared to this.
