Who are you quoting with the "only"? Who said a deal was imminent? Why are you conveniently not answering the question as to why the guy who wrote this trashy article didn't mention the fact the the Chairman of the Board who sold the shares is also the CEO of Conic Metals who has a 2% royalty stake in Giga and would stand to benefit from any EV deal that is made?
