Hard to call that a monster dump as it was somewhere around 35 million shares out of a 10 billion OS. That's less than 1/2 of 1% of additional dilution.

Since accumulation is well above the start of the last run, true longs are likely adding significantly to their position because of the confirmed ATI / PHZIO connection shown in the most recent 8k.

This type of dilution, if it indeed is, can easily be absorbed going forward! If EWLL shows us the money with a revenue driven PR, watch out above!
