If someone had spent the same amount at that level you’d have twice as many shares. AVERAGE DOWN, talk about a losing negative mentality. It’s called losing money. Something they wouldn’t have had to do had Kenny submitted the IND years ago, but then he wouldn’t have been able to con another 18 million dollars out of the company since 2016. The real investors are the ones pissed off at this CEO because of the gross incompetence in running a supposedly legitimate Biotech.
