You sound ridiculous - yes.....we get it....the DA is needed and CLX value is nothing to us without the RM being finalized. But we know our DD and believe in the RM happening, SO - the value being brought to the table is very important as well with that belief. Are you incapable of knowing there is value coming to the deal while also "LASER FOCUSING" on a PR coming out? Haha
