Yup. Just sharing information. As often a stumbling block on Shark Tank, if you are going to make product assertions, be prepared to back them up or open yourself up to unlimited liability. Which is why they 100% of the time turn away from investing in a company that cannot do so. I would encourage anyone who holds a position or is thinking about investing in Optec to request said approval notifications from the company. As you point out, the FDA is not the point of approval for said product and a patent is not indicative of such quasi approval
