Why would they spend the money to buy a shell?
Obviously they have a plan which is in process.
the merger is a step in the process, the changing of the name is a step in the process, the reverse split is a step in the process and who knows what else they have done that's not obvious to us but are also steps in the process. Negotioations, meetings, etc, etc...
They will release pertinent updates as they see fit and when they are ready..Be assured that they will come but if you have your doubts you might want to sell and move on. This is a PROCESS...
