We all appreciate all you're doing!!

That being said, if you know you're addressing a woman (Mrs), in the US in the year 2020, you might not want to use phrases that make reference to "the fat lady". You'll look insensitive and out of touch, and if she's overweight and/or uppity you might even piss her off.
