Not sure what he would be embarrassed about exactly. While it may have to do with the extension request it could also be that the debtor and first tier lenders think he is being too accommodating of parties with no in the money interest...and want another judge to shut that stuff down...assuming the title of that story (lenders asked for this) is correct.

...hence this hearing only including the debtor, and first tier lenders.
