Its tough to pick a price target when the sales and earnings are so lumpy from qtr to qtr. However, the decline in backlog and orders doesn't bode well for the Feb qtr. I wasn't expecting anywhere near thirteen cents, so who knows. They did show in the August qtr that they can make a small profit at $1.78 mil in sales.
Two other things about SODI. First, the positive; their balance sheet is rock solid, and they trade at .70 of tangible book value, which is obviously real low. The negative, and probably the biggest reason they trade at such a discount is the uncertainty related to their possible environmental liabilities.
Anyway, I'm hoping for a nice pop tommorrow.
