That is a good question. Usually when attempting a going concern sale...time is of the essence since the business can suffer by the uncertainty. It may be the Court is concerned that should this stretch out, it could jeopardize things and result in liquidation.

I guess it all depends on how much value the lenders think the Opco has?

I guess we wait and see.

I will give you this...the twist that the lawyers have to agree to allow Isgur to update Jones is something I have not seen before.
