the “Company”) announces that it has appointed Chenel Faustin, a businessman, as a director ofthe Company.

Eugene Beukman, Matthew Fish, and Brendan Purdy have resigned as directors of the Company,effective immediately. Mr. Purdy has also resigned as interim-CFO of the Company, effective immediately.
