While old news - I heard on an IL radio station this AM 9-14-202, that Univ. of IL - Urbana Saliva Test had FDA Emergency Authorization. https://news.stlpublicradio.org/2020-08-20/u-of-is-saliva-based-covid-19-test-receives-fda-emergency-authorization Some quick review of details show that it gives results...." within three to six hours".... What I wonder is: 1. When did they apply for their test to be reviewed? 2. How long did it take for this INFERIOR product to receive approval? 3. How did we get beat with a saliva test that takes 6 to 12 times longer? Was this why our SP dumped mid-August?
