I don't think so. There were not very many shares in the employee (option) incentive plan.

It would have to do with the placement of the 130+ million shares from the warrants and debt conversion.

I'm not sure about availability of shares held by institutions (around 30 million shares around the end of June).

Could they be tied up by long term options?
