144 patients is only 72 patients actually getting the drug which is a very small number. Until they get the manufacturing setup they might as well complete the trial.

The manufacturing of the drug will also need approval and at times can be a major problem. See MNTA a few years back.

Has there been a formal press release on the company that is doing the manufacturing of IV drug supply?

Do we know for sure the inhaler trial has started in the EU?
