In May 2020, we entered into an agreement with Texas Technology Ventures 2, LLP (“TTV”) whereby we acquired a portfolio of three U.S. patents and one pending U.S. patent application related to systems and methods for associating an audio clip with an object wherein the voice-based system, such as a voicemail system, is used to record the audio clips. Pursuant to the agreement, after we recover $230,000 of net proceeds, as defined in the agreement, we pay TTV 50% of net proceeds.
