Actually is it even legal that we cannot purchase shares at .0001?? I have had a buy order for several weeks and cannot get it fulfilled? I have seen some are going for .0001?? Why is this happening? Thanks $RVVTF AND $NIOBF 2020 PENNY STOCK PICKS OF THE YEAR!!
