My question is, why two prs? Why not include this info in with the earlier pr?

My hunch is they were caught flat footed again and only released this after everyone else complained and they saw the underwhelming response to the earlier pr. Rich might be a nice guy but he's not a very solid ir guy. That's pretty evident by doing dd on him prior to his pctl stint, we still have no idea why pctl brought him on board. 70k and a million shares is a pretty hefty salary to answer phone calls with canned responses. Here's to hoping for a nice market reaction to the news I believe confirms pctl is involved in the recent nth deal.
