Poster today said the called Pacific Transfer for the O/S at 810 Million , which he stated was the T/A of today 9/9/20

Mr Worknhard , posted link just now to the Attorney Letter which was back in May of 2020 and at the time the T/A on the letter was Action Stock Transfer .

In the end the Share Structure has not been updated by ANY Transfer agent or the company to OTC Markets since the end of August .. and that float goes back to 8/20/20 also
