UPDATE!! "HEINEKEN VS HEMP BEER, INC." COURT CASE

I have to admit!! If "Sneaky J" Tilton was REALLY just gonna let NSAV die after, perhaps, a ton of share dumping, why, then, continue with the court case over the "Tiger Hemp Beer" brand name? There MUST be something to that.

First off, I really feel that "ANGRY TIGER BEER" is a better name. It could be "ANGRY TIGER HEMP BEER" domestically and "ANGRY TIGER BEER" in China (China, apparently, don't allow the word "HEMP" in anything.) Indeed, why continue with it? According to this, there has been RECENT stuff happening in regards to it:

Defendant's Brief Due 08/21/2020
Plaintiff's Reply Brief Due 09/05/2020
Request for Oral Hearing (optional) Due 09/15/2020

And that info is CURRENT as of TODAY 9/8:

Could it be that "Sneaky J" Tilton is going "ALL IN" with this court case? And might not a court WIN for him make for a MONSTER PR?? And, who knows, might not the recent BILLION+ shares traded be related to the court case? I mean MAYBE? Look at the dates of the court stuff and then the dates of the volume here. Coincidence?

Anyhow, neither party has settled (yet) and this case is now OVER TWO YEARS OLD!! (Filed July 17, 2018)

Guess we'll just have to wait and find out.

But, as it now sits, there actually might be some hope for NSAV yet! (So says the OPTIMIST). wink
