I have read the 10-Q that was posted on 3 August and came across this statement "We have not generated any revenue since inception". I'm learning here, so I'm just trying to understand this play. Right now, Quture International is a shell company that is NOT generating any revenue and the only catalyst to increase PPS is a potential merger? If I'm wrong or off base, please educate me. Trying to understand the different models in the OTC world.
