With these STHC Important Timelines...

It appears that they are in the process of dotting some i's and crossing some t's to get all of the administrative processes completed as soon as possible. I think it is important for people to keep in mind, this is $4 Billion in High Crystalline Pure Graphite and $0.4 Billion in Low Crystalline Pure Graphite as indicated within the links/posts below:

Based on looking at the timelines with STHC/Ameca Mining, it appears that they are expecting to have things completed to some significant levels come this latter part of 2020 which leads me to think that we are very close to seeing some major achievements although we still might have a little time. See below and pay particular attention to the green arrow in the second picture to see just how close they are at the tip of things for completing their last piece of that tip to set up logistics for transport to market:
