I am telling everyone that the guy you called a Bozo - Turner is a serial scammer and incompetent as the CEO of OWCP.

This is hilarious but as expected - Turner was the Bozo who ruined OWCP and now he is the greatest - the savior of OWCP. SMH!

If any serious investors listen to the Turner rambling and spewing fluff they would run from OWCP - it was a joke.

I am certainly glad I am not so gullible as to believe anything that Turner says.

Where's the 10-K and business plan - did Turner have to go active in the Reserves again. That was one of the excuses for not filing the 10-K.

From 07/21/20: "I was on active reserve duty for COVID19 updates and preparations. Also, the proxy and 10K/Q takes all my time."
