Here is my take on it. Petar has no idea how to run a public company. In fact, he most propably is not a good CEO for any company. But his value of making deals is unbelieveable and of great value. You have no idea (unless you are in Real Estate construction) the skill it takes to negotiate the cement deals. He is remarakeable.

Release of audit etc, that doesn't bother me. I have heard that many times from new CEO's. They think they have everything they need, lawyer reviewes it before pr and bamm ! 8 months later i see the audit. It is common, very common. Look around any new company and tell me when was the last time AF's where delieverd with 5 months of traget date.

He is most propably a victim and so are we all. He should've never been CEO. He should do what he does best wine / dine and make the big deals.
