HOG or anybody -- Can you clarify this "move to the OTCBB via new shell" statement made? I'm sorry if this was already discussed but there are thousands of posts to sift through here and I'm merely a lurker at the moment. I know what a shell is, but was it stated somewhere that the company was entertaining offers for selling the shell and going back private?
