Great summary and I mostly concur except for Nick. Remember how we all jumped on Lias-he was glib, bright and energetic. What'd he do for us? I'll give Nick a little higher grade as he was calm, well spoken and I really liked his comments about the employees. Getting your staff around you at a place that's been all over the place, during Covid...will get the support you need to actually DO the stuff they want.
