When they do convert?

I dont think they are going to convert. I believe the notes will be paid off.

Why? Because anyone that knows these type lenders understands if there was a way to convert, theyd have done so long ago. Its not in their nature or best interests to wait, for any reason

Something is keeping them from converting. Thats why some of those notes have be paid down - very unusual when they have the option to convert and make a windfall
