Yes I'm 100% spot on ok Byrnesy! I will recap for anyone who missed it ok:

1. All PASO shareholders of record as of Sept 18th, 2020 will receive a special 1 time Series C preferred dividend share for every 5000 PASO shares they own.

2. On September 18th 2021 the 12 month holding/vesting period automatically expires and then all PASO shareholders who got issued the dividend shares will have the following 2 options:

-convert their divi shares at 200 to 1 or
-convert their divi shares at 250 to 1

The 250 to 1 conversion will take longer, because those who choose/select that route will have to order their shares in certificate form, which will make the entire conversion process longer than those who choose the 200 to 1 divi conversion option in just over a years time k cheers!
