Has PCTL used shares for some funding? Yes. Did they have some hard money loans etc. while trying to keep lights on? Yes they did.
However, fast forward opportunity arises with Covid-19 (similar to the Gold rush) to supply the picks, shovels, pans etc. Gary seizes EPA fluid opportunities to begin penetrating market, meanwhile building some a acknowledgement of their proprietary tech being developed by a small company, while the fluid attack into the market begins generating revenue and important recognition that Paradigm is a real solution. IMO
Meanwhile, Mr. Patterson continues to penetrate hospitals "very effectively" and now its a matter of building this out (again IMO)
I don't know the OTC trading games or what is gained by B$ing everyone in or out of positions, don't care to.
If its real and has potential, then there is always possibility for success. Go PCTL
