Moving companies in NYC are backlogged for weeks!! Can you blame them??!!
Jan needs to get an advertising firm hired.. A nice commercial like " Welcome Friends! Come to Jan's trusty and safe cove!" All in one living community! Maybe Jan can even make the financing work where all new buyers get a free Prius!
