Read the Disclaimer - that is a pumping rag and the author owns stock in SRNE. So he has a vested interest in pumping the stock.

I certainly wouldn't make any investment decisions based on the article.

I would be much more concerned about lawsuits.

I am a little surprised that the SEC didn't suspend SRNE.
