38's is my way of saying .038 
I have more than enough shares as it is. A .001 move in the price is substantial in the accounts already but as bills are not due until the 5th I thought I would pick up a few more shares as I know many are getting worried and selling.
Why pay the higher price when the PA indicates their are those that are selling down to .038 on occasion.
Long time fisherman. Keep casting the net and eventually something will be in the haul
