OFFICIAL NOTICE AND REQUEST: Sussberg just filed this list of names as Members of the Ad Hoc Group of Equity Interest Holders, but I'm only familiar with Nick and Rahul. I would like some personal information and their qualifications on Edward and Scott since I have a significant investment riding on their integrity. Since we are being asked to trust these individuals to represent our financial interest, I am asking that they furnish to us their I-Hub
members name so we can examine their posts and their leanings.


As Equity shareholders we are entitled to know the background of who might represent us, be paid significant dollars and possibly yield votes that affect us financially should an Official Equity Committee be granted by the Court. An email to that effect is in order to those that have signed up as J.C. Penney shareholders and furnished their personal email addresses. As a significant investor in JCPNQ, I do at the moment trust the AD Hoc Committee, however I will verify that they represent COMMON SHAREHOLDERS only!
