My speculation is based on many years of experience and knowing most all these type lenders and how they operate.

So my "speculation" is the conversions are being blocked by whatever means because I know from being involved in many companies from the inside, exactly how these lenders operate and the options available to companies dealing with these type as well as the evolving legal environment these lenders operate in which causing many to not move to judgement and entering negotiation
