BRTXQ--Appreciate the post, BUT:

My point was that the BK hearing is 9/10, but once the BK plan is signed off on by the judge, the Q will continue to be attached to the ticker, and will come off 30 days later, which gets me to 10/10.

9/10--BK HEARING, (result is already determined, check PACER).

10/10--When BRTXQ, utilizing the traditional 30 day rule attached to all BK stocks, is first eligible, per SEC/FINRA rules/regulations, for the "Q," to come off.
