When a person has a proprietary tech platform that joint venture partners believe possesses value for them to assist in unlocking, they always sign joint venture revenue sharing deals!

So your claims that CLX will supposedly have to raise the A/S here to complete their Reverse Merger into this PASO public vehicle are completely unfounded and factually untrue...as per the LOI itself!
