Why would RXMD be in a quiet period at all if there were any "legal issues with NETE" to hold things up?

One fact I've learned is that everything takes longer than shareholders think it should or management thought it would. That's life. Another fact is that RXMD has achieved every goal it set for itself in the past five years. Every. Single. One. And now their goal is to trade on NASDAQ, and I wouldn't bet against them. The share price may not reflect what's been done to grow the company, but that's life in the OTC.

Review everything management has done these past five years, and relax. Payday's coming...
