Good morning all - no news yet (just scanned all the relevant places where such news would be found), so still waiting. No need to pump this stock, just know what you own and if you feel your position isn't big enough yet, you know what to do. As I was saying in another post, there was a filing by another company starting with "QU" yesterday and I nearly crapped my pants. One day soon, the pants soiling will be real.
There's nothing preventing a merger today, tomorrow, next week, etc.—all the prerequisite work is done. And the 83% insider ownership—including 777M shares owned by Lazar and 70% overall restricted shares—suggest something good is headed our way. Slarslide GHC has already waited the better part of 9 years for their almost 1.3B shares to regain value, and Lazar probably has a year of his time invested in the ticker as well. It seems highly likely that Lazar and the Feazells would be in contact about this ticker since they're the only 2 beneficial owners, and the Feazells own more than half the common shares in the OS. There must be a plan for getting this ticker some enduring value.
It just seems incredibly likely that news will hit sooner than later, that they'll strike while the iron is hot, and that they won't wait for the possibility of clerical delays or economic trouble brought on by a covid resurgence in the fall. All indicators point to the same thing imo.
