Thanks Jack..I sure appreciate the post..
as far as I'm concerned I'm just 'trying to build a pile'
right now..but I do know some 'financially comfortable' people
that I will pass along your suggestions too.

I hope to be able to use some of these relatively
'safe havens' if and when I get my head above water
really good..
