Don't rush things. Maybe there will be a merger and maybe there will not. If there is then it could be a good thing for Aero, but who is to say it will be a good thing for current FCCN shareholders?

Shareholders are the ones who usually bear the brunt of every associated COST, and rarely recieve rewards for being faithful. I don't trust one single pink sheet company, especially those that have a track record of diluting and splits.

For those who say it's going to be a merger and the company will grow then I suggest you stay on the sidelines and "WAIT" till the merger goes through. Then you will have 5, 10 maybe even 15 years to watch the company grow. If the company grows then so could your investment. Make sense?

Sure, I know the pumpers are trying to get people to buy now before the so called "merger" takes place as the "early bird gets the worm" but notice something. The big boys are not buying in!!! If they thought it was a done deal and current FCCN shareholders were going to make out like bandits they would have driven the price up substantially, right? BTW, neither FCCN nor Aero mentioned any "merger". From what I read it said FCCN would buy their shares. Hmmm... buy their shares will what money, honey? And do we even know how many shares we are talking about? Preferred shares where only those in power will reap the benefits? So, many questions. Sure the companies are currently "ironing things out", but I guarantee the current, FCCN shareholders ARE NOT even factored in as a major concern. PINK SHEETS, remember that!!

I personally believe that should the merger go through there will be some sort of massive dilution or split that will cause current shareholders to be very unsatisfied.

Basically it boils down to this. If you like AERO and see a bright future for them then wait till after things settle down and then invest. Right now it's just a pure gamble... When you gamble with pink sheets guess who usually always wins???

BTW, I am not currently invested in FCCN but am watching it like a hawk as are many others. Had I listened to the pumpers I could be in at .024 right now... UGHHHH...that means i could currently be down quite as bit as I speak. THINK THEY CARE???
