That's a patent with Grant's name on it.

The company has NEVER BEEN ON TRACK! THAT'S FOR SURE.

Grant invented the product, but never had an idea of what to do with it afterwards.

The lawsuit is bad. OVC took all of the equipment. I have no idea where it even is. We think it's in Stearns, KY.

OVC took the equipment out of the facility 7 1/2 years ago.

There was an agreement with John Nordstrom and OVC to dismiss the suit, but I have NO CLUE as to what that agreement was.

After that, there was supposed to have been $1.6m that changed hands, but we have never seen any accounting of the funds.

The equipment was (from what I hear) supposed to be delivered back to Leep, but OVC reneged. And then the case went into arbitration, where it has been for FOUR YEARS.
