I am Scott Record, the son of the founder of Leep Inc.

Grant Record, the founder, is still a Director and Secretary of the company.

We are trying to get this company back on it's feet.

Mr. John Nordstrom, the current "CEO" and also a Director, is blocking our requests for a shareholder list.

We have a coalition of about 28% of the company and are convening a Special Shareholder Meeting, Monday, August 31, 2020.

We are seeking help from anyone that may know an SEC attorney that might represent us in a derivative claim agains the Company for withholding the shareholder list and other violations.

We suspect something sinister is going on, but we can't prove anything yet.

The Transfer Agent is Henry Farrell, at ContinentalStock.com. He is also refusing the give Grant Record the shareholder list, in spite of the fact that he is the Secretary, and is really the main person that should be given the list if anyone.
