Agree, the way SOLS did it should be the template, or road map, or whatever you want to call it, for all future reverse mergers.

The small split maintains liquidity and prior shareholder value while still allowing the company opportunities for better funding, otc tier change, uplisting to big boards and whatever else they want to aim for.

The steady release of information has kept traders and investors engaged. The blockchain/information technology sector is a huge plus too.
